Aluminum caster using heater protection bushing
During casting process, the temperature control is an important factor for obtaining a good castings. In order to
control the optimum melt pouring temperature, the heat generator is used to assure a constant temperature.
The outer radiant protection bushing gives protection to the heating element from erosion and ensures even
heat per unit area of the melt and faster heating. The immersion electricity or gas heating method is generally
adopted in the aluminum, lead, zinc and other nonferrous metals industry. The radiant protection bushing
manufactured by art technology of cold isostatic compaction, precision mechanical machining and sintering
of reaction, high Temp gas pressing or high temperature vacuum.
