UEMCO ONLINE DEGASSER & FILTER SYSTEM UEMCO Online Degasser& Filter System is specially engineered for the transfer, filtering and degassing of the molten aluminum and aluminum alloy. During molten transfer from holding furnace to casting rollers, the harmful gas (hydrogen ) and slag ( oxide ) in the molten could be effectively absorbed and purified while molten aluminum temperature be modified to meet the high melt casting plate production quality requirements. Online degasser device adopts rotor degassing way. The molten aluminum degassing during continuous production is realized by rotor for most effectiveness of the protection purification . First of molten aluminum flew into the degasser box through the rotor degassing chamber with asymmetric design and features a whirlpool spoilers to prevent molten aluminum producing any whirlpool during rotation. Simulations designed graphite rotor by the water test results optimized graphite rotor structure and size to perfectly accompany with the cavity, and generate small and evenly distributed air bubbles. Inert gas, hydrogen and aluminum oxide slag full access into the bubbles and realize molten aluminum purification when the bubbles rising out of molten surface. The rotating rotor stirring the molten to make alloy composition more uniformly. -The graphite head/impeller is made of graphite material with oxidation treatment to meet the needs of the process. -Graphite rotor speed 0-600 rpm, frequency stepless speed regulation -Newly R&D material as Si3N4 have been successful production and applied with more technical advantages and economy. -Rotor with rack lifting methods, separate movements, can be rotated 180 degrees. -Manual locking device. -Interlock Chain Control implementation. -Airing firstly, then rotation. -Rotation stop, then air cut-off. -During rotor or lid lifting process by lifting mechanism, the rotor stop rotation at a certain position to prevent spillage of liquid aluminum from wounding.
