 Brief Introduction

This melting furnace as engineered and manufactured by our UEMCO is regenerative and natural gas reflective. The furnace chamber can be designed to be rectangle or round. The aluminum ingot and scrap are charged from side furnace door of the whole wall. The furnace door is equipped with pneumatic pressing device used to prevent the furnace air going outside and damaging the door.

This melting furnace uses the advanced PLC automatic control system and the regenerative burner with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. The operation, real-time monitor of operating condition, record and gathering of key parameters are displayed and controlled by the touch screen. The molten metal is released manually. The furnace hearth inclines toward the outlet hole. The outlet hole is at the lowest position so that the molten metal can fully flow out. The launder between the melting furnace and the holding furnace is used for the molten metal to flow from the melting furnace to the holding furnace.
